Double cheese burger for kiddies burger

I bought a double cheese burger on Mr D, only to receive a Kiddies burger that was sooo dry without a salad, burger patty so dry without any sauce. I am so disappointed as I have paid a lot of money for this. The service is very poor especially with Mr Dr having to report back to the customer. No solution is taken. Only a mere apology. This is so unacceptable.
