Don’t ever go

Pathetic service. Burger King in Mall of Africa. First it’s taking long, I waited about 20mins before I got attended. The lady tells me that their system is down, the can’t use the app they only sell certain things. What makes me so angry why wasn’t that communicated with the customers before letting them stand so long in a queue. pathetic service I’m never going back.
