DONT BUY BURGER KING, EVER!!!!!!

Burger king can only claim to be kings of pathetic service. On the app, they say you can earn crowns if buy from them, which is what i did. Low and behold, no such crowns were received. When I enquired about this 2 weeks ago, they asked to me show them my slip which I did and since then they have not gotten back to me. When I make contact, they ignore me.

This is clearly a company that is devoid of ethics and morality and they behave in a manner that is unbefitting of a company. They dont even respond on hellopeter when people raise concerns. This is the clearest evidence that customer service is not a priority to them.

As long as they continue down this path, I will never support this pathetic company and I would encourage others to do the same. Poor service should never be encouraged. Fortunately there are other stores which offer equally good food like Spur, Wimpy, Steers etc.
