Distasteful service at burger king

I wanted to buy food for my family this weekend but I just remembered the previous time I was at burger King at Goldfelds Mall Welkom... just gave up hope. I wanted to buy something for my family and the 4 cheeseburgers for R99 was a great save for me but I soon regretted that decision. Times are hard right now and I must try to save where I can because we work long hours and i can't cook everyday.

I placed my order and asked Katleho at the till point how long my order might take? He said roughly 15 - 20 minutes... i went back to the mall to do my shopping and when I came back it was still not ready. 45 minutes later I wanted my money back because I couldn't waiti anymore, my daughter's aftercare charges me extra when I come after 17h30. I got some resistance at the till and I asked to speak to the supervisor, i overheard the ladies at the back in the kitchen saying they had bumped my order and forgot about it... they went on to say that I was being spoiled and throwing a tantrum over some order that can be done in a few seconds. Did I have to wait 45 minutes for something that can be done in a few seconds. I just didn't like the service i got and the atmosphere just changed and I got funny looks from the staff, needless to say I don't think I'll go back there again no matter how convenient it might be.
