Dissatisfied

What an experience i had just now on the Mr D app with Burgerking Sunwardpark Boksburg Gauteng.

I Placed 2 orders apart reason being firth order was for my self and fiance and second one for my brother in law who came how earlier from work than expected.

But point being in my First order the forget my man's chips and ny mayo. And when i call them start talking tells me she will check the system drops my call i don't get a call back and when i call the don't pick up. Then to just top the cake my second order arrives where i specifically asked no Tamato and what do we find Tamato. Truly what kind of customer service is this. If this was an allergy request they could have cost someones life. How do you get two orders wrong in a row. Yes i do understand it gets busy but if they can not keep up with the pressure then they should not do the work. Never been this dissatisfied with burgerking since they changed the garlic mayo and another thing they never have sauce what is with that.
