I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a very disappointing experience at your Westgate Drive-Thru branch (120 Ontdekkers Road, Roodepoort) today, September 8, 2026.

Summary of Issues:

Pushy Service & Pressure: When ordering, I requested a large burger options (such as the Big King), but the staff member assisting me pressured and pushed me into buying a King Jr. Meal (Whopper) instead of taking my actual request. Cold Food: When the order was handed to me, the food was completely cold.

Dismissive Attitude & Poor Treatment: When I attempted to raise the issue with the same staff member who handed over the cold meal, he completely ignored me and walked away. I had to flag down another employee to get assistance.

I am extremely unhappy with the rude attitude, the pressure app**** during ordering, and the poor quality of the food provided. This is far below the level of customer service expected from Burger King.

Please investigate this incident, address the conduct of the staff member on shift, and advise on how this matter will be rectified.
