Dishonest advertising

I would like to expose Burger King at Midrand San Ridge, whenever I buy takeways there, for some reason the employees at the drive throughs get my order incorrect and keep doing it over and over again. For kiddies meals, a free ice cream is meant to be given to customers, this never happens there, they keep them for themselves until my child asked why do they say there is a "free ice cream cone with kiddies meal"but it does not happen?
