Disgusting Service & long wait !!

On the 27th March , I went to Burger King Canal Walk as per usual after a long eventful shopping spree. However after yesterday’s experience I don’t think I’ll go back and support anymore. I ordered my meals and waited and waited, as I was observing the clients that had ordered after me I saw a couple receiving their food not even 5 minutes into waiting and they came long after me. Bare in mind I was waiting for approximately 20-25 minutes. I waited some more and I saw another customer that came after me getting their food ( which seemed as a big order , which I’m assuming should have been longer than my wait ). I decided to go to the the staff and ask what’s happening I see everyone that came after me getting their food. As I walked up to the counter I see my order number shoved to the side and everyone else’s orders being given. The reply I got given was “ oh we waiting for the chips “. But I can clearly see there’s chips and when I got my food it was super cold and no apology . My appetite as well as my families appetite was ruined. And I’ll never support Burger King again. I would like you know that I’ve received disgusting service & after service and I’ll never look at you guys the same ever. I am officially boycotting Burger King Canal walk.
