Disgusting service

Someone really needs to look into the pathetic service at Burger King Protea Glen.

Yesterday I placed an order via Mr Delivery. The stupid driver spilled the drinks while en route to me. Food was wet, and the items in my order were incomplete. No onion rings, no japeno, and no loaded fries.

The last time I placed an order (to collect) also via Mr Delivery, I got to the store and I had to wait for almost an hour for my food. Whereas the order was placed almost 2 hours prior to me coming to collect.

I demand to be reimbursed for the missing items and the cold drinks that I clearly did not have.
