Disgusting service at Burger King New Market

I went to Burger King New Market, the lady taking my order was unable to hear anything die to the extremely loud music playing inside the store. After finally placing my order, i was forced to wait at the pay window for someone to come to the window, eventually after waiting a while, I had to park and go inside to reorder and pay. The staff inside are clearly dancing and definitely not working. They are in serious need of some oversight. In addition to that, the burger in the Burger is order was not fully cooked and cold. Not a place I would return to.
