Disgusting service

Burger King Lynnwood Lane in Pretoria East.

I am not happy with their service at all. I have never went to that place and got good service. Went there last month and waited very long in the drive thru before they attended to us and when they finally did it was the worst service ever. We order the King Size combo 4 and everything was just a mess. Firstly we were not told that they don't have the 2litre Pepsi its out of stock then we were offered 4 large cups which we explained there's no way we going to finish 4 cups in one night because the next day it will taste like water they laughed in our faces. Then we were told to wait at the parking for our food which was about 20 minutes and when the lady eventually came she gave us the cups without a holder. I asked her how we were going to drive home with 4 cups without holders she laughed and said she doesn't know because they don't have cup holders.

We went there last night the 12th of May hoping for good service and again it was the worst... we ordered the same thing king size combo 4 and it was a mess, no sauces for nuggets, the cashier again decided which drink they giving us, we were not asked if we wanted beef or chicken burgers and when i asked she again laughed in my face and i was told "because we don't offer that anymore".

Decided I'm not gonna go through that again so i asked for my refund and only then the manager came to us after she was laughing with them the whole time. She came and told us she apologizes for the lady that was assisting us and offered to give us 2 free pieces of chicken which i refused and they gave me my money back.

I am NEVER going there again , they have lost a customer because of their attitudes.
