Disgusting Service

Service at Burger King in Karaglen is absolutely shocking. The lady at the Drive through took our order, and then when we reached the first window for the pay point she stood there, didnt bother to greet us, then asked me to repeat my order as she "wasnt sure what we had ordered". I then waiting 15 minutes just to make payment while she was chatting away to her colleagues and did not even acknowledge my existence. I eventually collected my order, and upon opening the cheese burger, found that there was no cheese on said "cheese burger" keep in mind that during the time i was there, it was not busy, there was no one else going through the drive through at the time and barely anyone inside the shop ordering.
