disgusting

<p>Last night 02/08/16 myself a my girlfriend decided to go try the new Burger king in Port Elizabeth. We got to the drive through at 21:30 by the time we got to the order box it was 22:30 in this time we tried pulling out the drive through only to find it was chained off. So we sat took it in our strides but that was the least of our troubles. We eventually ordered our meals and asked for 8 wings with our meals only to be told they only have 6 wings. I was so tired i said it was fine they can give me the 6. We then waited for our turn to get to the pay window when the lady came back over the order box calling me back. Being the last car in the que i easily reversed. The lady said we can offer you 12 ribs instead. I said to them that fine no problem remember that 12 x wings R49, 12 x ribs R90 almost double the price. So at 23:00 we eventually got to the pay window. Where the total cost came to R230. I paid and pullled forward and continued to wait a further 15 mins to get to the collection window this is now 23:15, 1 hour and 45 mins after arriving there. We got our food and checked it only to find they had given us 8 wings mixed with 4 ribs but still charged me for 12x ribs i brought it up with them they stood and just looked at me we checked our food further and 2 of the burgers were ice cold, the did not give us the dips we asked for and offered to replace our food with 2 bags of chips. I went on to ask them for my money back which they eventually did keeping my till slip saying that it is theres and then locking the window in our faces. I then went to take a picture of the guy only for him to tell me to "footsek". We have got videos of this whole ordeal we would appreciate feedback In order not to use these in any destructive ways for Burger king.</p>
