Appalling service!!! Had to sit in the DRIVE THRU at 3 Arts Diep River Capetown - this is supposed to be a convenience for 45 mins!!!!!! 45 mins!!! Disgusting!!!!! Never using this restaurant EVER AGAIN!!!! I have never been this offended
