Disgusted with Beacon Bay Burger King

To Whom it may concern

This is Ajesha, i ordered from Burger King in Beacon Bay East London using the Mr Delivery App, i ordered two Cheeseburger meals and one Whooperburger with a side of onion rings, my order arrived incomplete, i didnt receive my Whooper burger with side of onion rings and one of the cold drinks was spilled, i called the branch and they told me to contact Mr Delivery, i phoned MR Delivery and asked the lady who answered the phone (Lelethu) she said she would sort it out and that i should go onto the app....got an email that my order has been declined....i need help getting my money back, if someone can please assist.
