Disgusted

On 01 October 2025 my wife decided to get us some Burger King after a long day at work. She stopped at Burger King, Riverside, Vanderbijlpark. When she got home, the order were incomplete, so I called them and explained, the lady I spoke to was so unprofessional, told me I can come and get the items short on my order. I told her that its not our mistake, they should make a plan to bring it, her response was that we dont have transport. She was so unprofessional that I asked for the manager, oh my word, she rep**** and said she is the manager. My daughter the decided to collect the whopper for me, when it came here, not a drop of sauce. I would rather not say what I said. Where is top management, catch a wake up, they call it customer service, which we pay for FYI.
