Disgusted by the service received at Burger King Brackenfell

After a lovely day at work, my pregnant wife and i went to Burger King Brackenfell Drive Thru to get dinner. I honestly do not know how you interview your employees or where you get them, but i was shocked, actually disgusted by the bad service we received. Firstly from the lady taking our order, who had no patience nor equipped with s****s to work with clients, then, if you really want to be ****y and rude with clients, at least make sure that you have the order right, cause when we left we realized that they got the order wrong, we then turned around and went thru the drive thru again to ask them to fix the problem, and i must say that we were very calm and kind. The lady at the last window grabbed the cool drinks out of my wife's hand, gave new cool drink without ice and almost threw it at her without saying sorry for the inconvenience , or sorry for the mistake or even a simple thank you. It felt that we went to the door step of Burger King and asked for old food or a piece of bread. Really disgusted by the service. I will never buy from you again. At least not with the staff you have working there.
