Disappointing service and offer.

On Saturday evening we ordered Uber eats delivery from Burger King for my family. Extremely disappointed that when we ordered a kiddies meal for our daughter it arrived without any toy. Very poor indeed. As meals get picked for certain things. My Daughter where extremel disappointed due to this. As it might not seem to be a big issue just find that its poor planing and service. Upon contacting them they say it was out of stock. Maybe they could have let us know before hand as we could have made another choice on meals. Had previous poor service at Burger King Tokai Junction in the past as well. Very slow service and not a lot of pride in presenting food etc. Will think twice before ordering from them again. A person pays for food and service. But no pride is shown within that. Kind Regards Brian van Eyssen
