Disappointing service

I received the most horrible service from Burger King in North gate mall on Friday 15.07.2022, imagine driving all the way to burger King only to be told there is no beef burger only chicken like really on a friday night no apology no alternative take or go somewhere else. I had to settle for a chicken burger which i regret even now, when i got home for find just lettuce and that chicken patty the lettuce was spoiled the burger its self so dry so disappointed in their service after supporting them for this long
