Disappointing food and service from Burger King Potchefstroom

We didn't receive all our food and only realized it when we arrived home which was an hours drive from the Potchefstroom branch. I phoned the number on the slip which didn't exist. I googled and phoned another number, still no answer and then I phoned head office. They said the manager will phone back and I'm still waiting. I send an e-mail with photo's of the food and slip. Still waiting for feedback.

The quality of the food is very bad and we confirmed our order 3 times and still didn't receive all the items. It was the 3rd time we bought from Potchefstroom and it always disappoints.

If they take 1 item from each client, how many meals will they take home at the end of the each day?
