Disappointing Experience & Disappointing Customer Experience

On the 27th April @ Park Station- We decided to get something to eat at Burger King, no 1- The service we received - was as if they doing us a favor, no 2- The food- not appetizing at all. We ordered Cheeseburger King box, medium fries, Nutella Fusion, Large Nacho Cheese loaded fries, 4 crispy wings x2 , Mega Stacker-large, Large Cheese loaded fries. I work in the service industry and for me this was totally unacceptable to treat customers in such a manner. The chicken in the King box was overrrr fried, trying to get to a decent piece of chicken was not happening.. the way it was over fried...not flavor, nothing...I could not eat that... The burger in the King Box meal was so small, not appetizing at all...Although we at the Park Station and on our way, we deserve to still get value for our money...because we chose to have supper @ your franchise...I was really disappointed.My kids really love Burger King... but this was really not Good.
