Disappointing behaviour

Unprofessional management showing no empathy or care. I waited for almost 45 minutes and I completely understood as it was busy, however a white female was surved first even though she was behind me and a few other guests, finally got my meal and of course it was incomplete and it wasn't the first time where your employees didn't know the ingredients. I had to go back to the restaurant even though my lunch hour had already finished to get my money back and that also took time because the system was offline. That will definitely be the last time my family, friends and I will ever go to Burger king again.
