Disappointed!!

I'm extremely disappointed with Burger King regarding the current Dragon Ball Z toy promotion with the Kiddies Meals.

I wanted to purchase 4 Kiddies Meals with vegetarian patties as my family is currently fasting, and we were specifically looking forward to the Dragon Ball Z toys. However, I was told that the promotional toy only comes with the chicken or beef Kiddies Meals and does not qualify with the vegetarian option.

This is incredibly disappointing because not everyone eats meat. Vegetarians and people who are fasting should also be able to participate in promotions like this, especially when we are paying for the Kiddies Meal just like everyone else.

This was also for a birthday celebration, and out of all the restaurants and takeaways available, the birthday person specifically chose Burger King because they wanted the Dragon Ball Z toy. In the end, I had to purchase a chicken Kiddies Meal purely to get the toy and make the birthday person happy. We were more than happy to donate the meal to a child, but it shouldn't have had to come to that in the first place.

Burger King, you really need to reconsider this approach. Promotions should be inclusive of your customers, regardless of whether they choose beef, chicken or vegetarian options. A vegetarian Kiddies Meal is still a Kiddies Meal, and customers should not be excluded from a promotion simply because they don't eat meat.

This experience was genuinely upsetting, especially on what was meant to be a special birthday. I hope Burger King will take this feedback seriously, because continuing to exclude customers who choose vegetarian meals could result in losing the support of people who would otherwise happily purchase from you.

Furthermore I spent 20 minutes on the call trying to get through to customer care complaints and nobody answered.

Please do better and make your promotions inclusive for everyone.
