Disappointed and overcharged again

Dear sir /madam, Today my order at the drive-thru of the N1 City Burger King was again wrong.

Burger King is on my way home and convenient when we don't have time for cooking. I've repeatedly arrived home with my order, just to find part of the order missing or the incorrect items in the bag.

This happened again today and I've had enough. This time I arrived home with 1 packet of mozzarella cheese sticks, instead of the 3 I ordered and paid for. Overcharged with R70, and disappointing the family, after the slowest service at the drive-thru that I've experienced in almost a year. With the price of fuel, it's not worthwhile driving back to try and remedy the situation. We won't continue to buy from Burger King with the current level of service. Please do something to improve it.
