DISAPPOINTED AND APPULED AT THE ATTITUDE AND SERVICE

I an appuled by the service and attitude from the staff especially a lady named Danisile, I bought food that cost over R200 and did the survey to get the free Whopper Jr. I went then after to redeem the whopper Jr and was told I had to spend R100 which I did using the coupons on the app since I buy from Burger King all the time.

Upon having to redeem the Whopper Jr. I was told that it is not possible and I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the tone and attitude I was addressed in and I told then the terms of the Whopper Jr and still with that I was told in a condescending manner that they cannof give me so many discount as I have already used the coupons and I should be happy with what I have saved already.
