Disappointed
So I was at Burger King in Mthatha mall on 09/05/2025 Where I made an order and they rejected a twenty rand that I used to pay that had a small cut and said they don’t accept such bills, the bill was not a **** I had just accepted change from another store in the mall but apparently the bill was so accept here said the person at the till, the manager refused to come and explain this to me in person received so much attitude from the lady at the till… it’s no wonder that store is always empty

While we strive to be as accommodating as possible, our cash handling policy requires that notes be in good condition to avoid issues during deposits or with our bank partners, who may reject damaged currency.
