Dirty table and rude employee

Subject: Complaint about Service at Burger King Grand West

Dear Burger King Complaints Department,

I visited Burger King at Grand West today (01-04-2026) and was disappointed with the service. When I asked an employee to clean a dirty table, they said "we can clean for ourselves". I found this unacceptable and reported it to the manager, Warren. When he spoke to the employee, they had a condescending attitude, which was also reflected in their interaction with me.

I'd like to report this behaviour and request it be addressed.
