Dirty and unprofessional

Place is very dirty. So hot, such alot of people but no aircon, no windows, but the way the place is dirty is shocking since it is a good place. Don't even see a cleaner insight. Lonb cues, no movement. Management knows it's pay day for people but don't get enough staff. Very dissapointing!!!!
