Did not get delivery via Uber

Good day, I ordered via Uber Eats, order DF851 on 31.07.2024. I waited for the driver outside, 5 mins before the time already. He called me and I picked up but he put down. I then tried to call him several times. He left the food on a trailer nearby in the vinicity but he never came to our gate. The security and I was waiting and looking. So now my account is debited and I did not get my food. This is disgusting. I logged a call with Uber also, but they have all sorts of excuses.
