Diagusting service with a ****ty attitude

Your benoni branch is shocking! Please tell me how it's possible to mess up the same order FOUR TIMES IN A ROW NOW!!! The manager has a shocking attitude to resolving issues. Thank you for doing what you can to **** a client off over 3 rand that was not my stuff up. Shocked...dodnt realise that this was just another version of mc Donald's because that's ther kind of service I have recieved the last 4 orders. Still didnt get replacement on 3 milkshakes they stuffed up. I paid extra because the put the meal on the wrong burger. I had some family go without food because they just decided to not add the burger I asked for. And now a simple fix on the chips being upgraded could not be resolved when the manager clearly heard the order aswell.....disgusting really
