Deceiving and lying to customers

<p>They advertise Fusion ice cream and malva pudding, yet everytime for the past two months their machine is broken. </p> <p>Yet they keep advertising ice cream on their menu. </p> <p>I complaint at head office and especially today I complaint at 15:14 and received confirmation from them at 15:43 that the ice cream machine issue has been resolved. When I got there at 16:57 I still can't get any ice cream products. </p> <p>Currently I am awaiting a phone call from their head office. </p> <p>I seriously feel like going to the newspapers and even take legal action against them. </p>
