Day light ******* and unprofessionalism

I purchased a meal at Burger King Savanah mall and the transaction failed twice due to their card machine, I asked for a refund kindly and the managers didn't want to cooperate, A total of R164 .00 that I'm forced to donate ? They promised to contact me first thing to resolve the matter but nothing happened.We cant be in a business of robbing customers and this is highly unacceptable and unprofessional.
