Concern Regarding Recent Experience at Burger King (Long Street) worm in burger

I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a deeply disturbing incident that occurred with my recent Uber Eats order from Burger King. On 18 March 2024, my colleague and I ordered x2 long chilli cheese meals. To my shock and horror, as I bit into the burger, I discovered a foreign object embedded within the patty. This may include a full refund for my order, as well as assurances that measures are being taken to uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality control at all Burger King locations.
