Complaint on hot drinks at Burger King Flora Centre

Iam complaining about service at Burger King Flora Centre on the 4th September 2019 at 19.24 order no.1745. It was my first time at Burger King. The cashiers knew the fountain had hot drinks, no ice. Surprisingly all white where told the machine was not working. We poured hot drinks and decided to complain. The cashier said the drinks are okay. How unfair is this? You lost a customer.
