Complain - Burger King Allen's Nek & UberEats

I ordered a meal via UberEats on Friday 14th May 2021, it took 2&half hours to get our dinner... The app kept on changing delivery time... When the food finally got delivered, Burger King Allen's Nek staff packed an incomplete order... I have never written anything on this platform but yesterday experience was honestly bad... I paid full amount and then get an incomplete order. Then today, Saturday 15 May 2021 I decided to go to Burger King Allen's Nek to give them an opportunity to make things right. The manager on shift tells me there's nothing Burger King Allen's Nek can do... I must load a complain via the UberEats app and UberEats must assist me.... This is not right...
