Cold, no taste and very small food

What a disappointment in the burger and fries. The patty was very bland had no taste and didn't look anything like what I chose on the Uber eats app. The burger was cold, telling me that they made that first and then afterwards made the chips, the burger only gets taste from the mayo the lettuce I was given was also bad one white piece of lettuce. I asked that gherkins /pickles be removed and asked for extra salt none of my instructions were followed. I still am very disappointed, ordered food during loadshedding only to get cold food
