Cold, Dry and missing ingrediants!

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and product I received today at 10:54 am.</p> <p> </p> <p>I visited your branch in Town, 33 on Heerengracht.</p> <p> </p> <p>We waited about 40-50-minutes for our order to be ready, this is not fast or efficient service. Upon opening up our order, the food was all cold and hard. The whopper burgers did not have cheese, except for one. I requested heavy cheese for the three whopper meals I ordered, but this was not fulfilled. The onion rings were all over cooked and burnt, this lead to it tasting disgusting. The lettuce on each burger was old and soggy. The "large" chips were not even enough to fill a small child.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a large corporate company, we have been greatly discouraged to ever go to burger king again.</p> <p>As you can see, we place large orders to feed our staff on a regular basis, unfortunately this time lead to a great disappointment.</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect this to be dealt with promptly.</p> <p>My order number was 126.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards, Cheral-lee.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
