Celtics Ridge Burger King

I went to Burger King Celtics Ridge today, used the drive through and I must say, I'm extremely disappointed in their service. I don't know whether the staff was told not to give customers mayo and ketchup with their meals and I SPECICALLY ASKED if they had put on mayo (not even ketchup) in the bag and this lady CONFIDENTLY agreed without even checking. I get home only to find that there is NOTHING, NO MAYO, NO KETCHUP!!! I am highly upset because the only thing that differentiates Burger King from McDonald's is the mayo. Please train your staff on how to do their jobs
