Ceiling, down-lights and duct fabricator fell on me while i was at King burger.

A week ago I went to King burger to buy some food. While I was busy at cool-drink bay helping myself with drinks, I started hearing a banging noise, everybody screaming!! Out of shock, I couldn't move an inch as i wasn't aware of what is happening because it was above me. A ceiling just went down to hit me on the head, shoulders, arms and lower back. What a terrifying experience? everybody was shocked, My hand started getting swollen, and i was in pain. They took my numbers said they will call me. Guess what no manager or regional manager has ever bothered to call me.
