Cant take a simple order

On a few occasions i have been to Burger King Cape Gate Lifestyle centre and its so frustrating that half the time they get the order wrong. Last week, i order a extra long chili cheese and a cheese burger without garnish and sauce. I get a extra long chili cheese with sweet chili sauce and a cheese burger with garnish and sauce. Last night, i visited them again, i ask for the same order and re-assure the order to them, this time i get a extra long chili cheese without chili and a cheese burger without cheese.

I am not getting my moneys worth from BK. I dont get what i ask for but paying the price...
