Canal Walk Not Opening On Time?

Hi, Wanted to buy a few items from your Canal Walk branch on Tuesday (14th Nov) at 10:05am. But it was closed! Supposed to open at 10am, and waited 5mins trying to get the attention of staff. Eventually got an acknowledgement from staff, but promptly ignored me, so I left. No idea as to when it actually opened for business.

The same happened yesterday (Thursday 15th Nov). Was there at 10:10am. Closed once again! At least a staff member did come to the door to advise that there was some technical problem. Again I've no idea when it actually opened for business. So this time went to MacDonalds.

If 10am is too early, open up later.
