Butger King Olympus- - Koketso

We have been very loyal and happy customers of Burger King Olympus, until this evening. Apparently Koketso does not appreciate the privilege of being emplyed, but would rather exploit paying customers into giving the store more bucks for their bang. Our order for 24 original chicken wings should have cost just short of R140. Koketso however decided it would be appropriate to ring up a bill of R240, thinking we would not notice. Unfortunately for him we did notice and asked to see the manager. He called on one of his colleagues who tried to clear the amount invoiced and said something to the effect of "in the toilet". We asked the colleague to stop changing the charged amound and call the manager on duty to which she rep**** they do not know where he is. We said we would wait and suddenly a manager appeared. We explained our situation and the manager apologized on behalf of Koketso. We told the manager that we had been supporting the establishment for many years.and felt that it was unacceptable for a young, privileged man to ****** money from recurring clients. Another apology ensued, but not once was Koketso reprimanded. In fact Koketso smirked at us throughout the interaction. I have always had a huge amount of respect for Burger King because of their client service, but after having dealt with Koketso and his manager this evening I will definitely not be supporting them anymore.
