Burnt food Burger King

I visited the burger king situated at Kingfisher Corner Shopping Center at about 19:20 and joined the queue at drive through,I finally placed my order at about 19:50 then waited in the slow queue till aboout 20:30 when I got my ORDER of Texas BBQ,Bacon King,2×Whooper Jnr With cheese amounting to R341 which i paid Cash as per CHK 3468 ....

This happened on Sep22,I drove home and upon my arrival I took a bite without inspecting to my disappointment I tasted charcoal or rather burnt meat and I inspected the burger to find the patty burnet beyond recognition, the burger comprises of two Patty's and only one was totally burnt you could tell the difference from the two.

I couldn't drive back because at the time I received my order it was late and Im sure i would have found the store closed as i stay far from the resturant.

I immediately made contact with them via Facebook messenger and it's been two weeks They have been saying they are investigating the matter,

It's Like they don't even care,just a phone call to hear and explain their challenges if there are any,nothing whatsoever
