BURGRR KING SUCKS

I am very unhappy about the service at Burger King near Trade Route mall in Lenasia. Last evening I purchased two adult meals and one kiddies meal. Upon getting home I realized that the apple juice I had ordered and paid for was not included. My husband called the store only to be a accused of lying by a female employee named Hope. Honestly would we waste our airtime to call the store and make up a fib? I am very disappointed by the behavior directed towards us, a simple apology would have sufficed. I dont think I will be buying from any Burger King anytime soon if this is the manner in which customers are treated. I am beyond repulsed.
