Burglar King!!!!!!!

I was ****** by Burger king at Mall@Carnival and Uber Eats, I placed an order for delivery and 3 hours passed and I still did not get my order. I called to check the status and I was shocked to learn that they cant do anything because "when the driver picks up the food the problem is out of their hands". They do not even have driver details. What frustrates me is the fact that they do not have any tracking system to verify and capture driver details. I had to eat Corn Flakes at 19:00 on a Friday all because of Burglar King and an IDIOT Uber Eats driver named Shadrack.
