Burgers and service is not King

I enjoy Burger King in general, Tasty good variety of foods. Recently i was very disappointed in the burger king franchise. Burger King Kuilsriver = drive threw order: big king xxl meal and a whopper meal, received half size portion of chips and 2 x raw patty's on the big king xxl. Burger King Cape Gate = drive threw order: extra long chilli cheese meal , a whopper meal and jalepeno chicken fries , I received the incorrect cool drink, no dips and chicken fries instead of jalepeno. Not very helpful staff. Burger King Brackenfell = drive threw order: extra long chilli cheese meal , a whopper meal and jalepeno chicken fries. Very frustrating trying to order or ask questions about meal or sides. Whopper burger patty was raw. We received no cool drinks with our meal order and then had to explain why we were still waiting and for what.

Please up the customer service in general it is very poor (no greeting and not helpful when asked for any assistance or to correct there own mistakes) ,quality of your burgers and portion sizes differ per branch.
