Burger missing a patty

Hello

On the 4th Jan, I purchased King Size Combo from the Burger King Ravenswood. There were other items also purchased.

The combo consists of 2x junior burgers. One of the burgers did not have a patty.

I logged a complaint with Burger King, only to get a response from Jason Michaels saying thanks for telling them.

No compensation for not getting the burger which I had paid for.
