Burger King Willow road complaint

Normally I am very satisfied with Burger King's quality of service but, today I am very disappointed. We ordered 3 milkshakes from the willow road branch in Port Elizabeth. We ordered 2 strawberry and one chocolate milkshakes. One cannot even tell which is chocolate and which is strawberry, they are so diluted and the presumably chocolate one I tried tasted horrible.

Is this really the level of milkshake quality that they want to offer to their clients on a hot summer day. R80 thrown into the drain. Then I tried to lodge a complaint using their customer care email address. Just to receive a email from the postmaster saying it is undeliverable.
