Burger King Wilgeheuwel, WORST EVER!!!!

So upset with Burger King Wilgeheuwel. I ordered food on the MrD App around 5 June (Yes I know lodge a complaint with MrD) the Bacon Burger was sooo greasy and not that great greasy you would expect but rather something you stored in oil from before lockdown started and then to top it all off it had almost no taste, but thats not the problem. I went back to the actual store to get food a week or so later (I thought maybe the previous time was just bad timing) THEN....I decided to give it another go but because of the scarred memories of the Bacon Burger I decided to go for something else, what else than the famous Fierce Wopper meal, Chilli Cheese Long Chicken meal and just to try it, a plain Chicken burger, with Mozzarella Cheese sticks.

Where to start...... First the chips were cold and had no salt. Then, to my dismay, the burgers were flat as if it was made yesterday and stacked on top of one another just to be grabbed, reheated and served. To add insult to injury, Not one of the 2 burgers that was supposed to have jalapenos had jalapenos.

I then Logged a complaint with them: Burger King Case BK-25284-B6K3K1 only for them to not read the full complaint but stop at the word MrD app and reply with a one liner saying please contact MrD and leave the complaint there.

After numerous emails I decided to phone them and explained the situation and the lady said she re-activated my complaint and and someone will phone me back ASAP.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING 2 WEEKS FOR THAT CALL.
