Burger King Westgate mall Mitchell's Plain

Burger King - Westgate Mall. 15 Dec 23 My family and were out on Friday morning 25th Dec 23. We got to Burger King Westgate mall, Mitchell's plain at 09:15 to grab a bite before being on our way to our activities. Only to park at the drive through and no one answers. We're proceeded through only find the store was closed. Opening times are from 09:00 in the morning. No vehicle parked for staff nor a manager , one would say the store was closed indefinitely no one at all. We then went on our way and at the same time a BK employee comes strolling at his own time. I asked him what time the store opens and he stated at 9, yet he comes strolling in at that time now being 09:24. I wonder how he got in. I am disgusted at a store not operational for even 6 months yet. We literally drove to the Cape gate drive through and got our food there as it was on our way. I live in Mitchell's Plain and WILL NOT support that branch at all. I'll rather driver past or next door to MCdonalds. For the branche manager to not even be there before the staff speaks of bad Management and I don't expect that Branch to last very long unless Management improves. Greatly disappointed!!!
